Misty Boettger

Misty Boettger joined SparkWheel in Sept. 2023 as the Sr. Director of Tribal Program Expansion. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Master of Legal Studies in Indigenous Peoples Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Business Management from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. Misty is active in her interests in Indigenous Higher Education resources and promoting those resources to others. She also focuses her time on advocating mental health awareness for Indigenous people. She has served in many Tribal management positions, including Education, Economic Development, and Tribal Leadership, and has also worked in the government sector as well. She is an enrolled member of the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes of Oklahoma and comes from strong Kiowa Tribe descent as well. When not working, Misty enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
