Anna Douglas-Rose, SHRM-SCP

Anna Douglas-Rose is the Vice President of Financial Compliance and Human Resources at SparkWheel. She has worked with the organization since 2015 in a variety of roles, first in Program Operations and now on the administration side, but always with an approach of supporting staff so that they can best achieve success in their role. She comes to SparkWheel with a background in direct services working with domestic violence survivors and their children. In doing that work, she cultivated a passion for youth prevention and support services in the school setting. She is a proud AmeriCorps alum and attended the University of Kansas. She lives in Lawrence with her family and their two cats Midge and Ivy.
