Pam Noble

Pam Noble joined the SparkWheel team as the Director of Grants in July of 2023. Prior to joining SparkWheel, Pam worked in the field of child abuse prevention. She has a background in grant writing, event planning and program management. Pam has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon and Master’s level coursework in Youth/Human Services from the University of Northern Iowa. Pam lives in Wichita with her husband, Jeff. She enjoys catching up with her two adult kids, and in her spare time, enjoys reading, cooking, gardening and other outdoor activities.
