Evergy to Power Student Success with SparkWheel


LAWRENCE, KS - SparkWheel, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students to reach their full potential, is excited to announce it has been awarded a significant grant from Evergy. The grant, which underscores Evergy's commitment to supporting local communities, will play a pivotal role in enhancing educational opportunities for students in Kansas and Missouri.


Evergy's generous grant will bolster SparkWheel's programs in multiple Kansas communities, spanning Chanute, El Dorado, Emporia, Fort Scott, Independence, Marysville, Neodesha, Ottawa, Parsons, Pittsburg, Topeka, Uniontown, and more. 41 schools will benefit from SparkWheel's initiatives by directly impacting these communities, creating a ripple effect of positive change.
