SparkWheel is Off to the Races!

Lawrence, KS – SparkWheel is racing to the finish line in the 27th Annual Sertoma Great Topeka Duck Race.

On September 17th, more than 10,000 rubber ducks will be dropped into Topeka’s Lake Shawnee for their competition. Spectators can watch in-person or via the Sertoma Clubs of Topeka’s Facebook live stream as the ducks race to the finish line. Duck adopters are eligible for various prizes, from a year’s worth of coffee to a Ford Escape.

Ducks can be “adopted” for a $5.00 donation. Participating organizations, such as CIS of Mid-America™, will receive 50% of each duck adopted from their team. Support CIS of Mid-America™ and the more than 39,000 students they are helping this year by going to www.duckrace.com/topeka/teams/11749.
